• Incorrect Order: If the delivered arrangement does not match the order (e.g., incorrect flowers, size, or missing items).

• Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Preserved Flowers Warranty

Our preserved flowers include a 5-year warranty. If any natural deterioration occurs within this time frame (excluding improper care or handling), we will replace the arrangement with one of equal value.

• Replacement eligibility will be determined based on inspection and confirmation of natural causes.

Green Plants Warranty
​
All green plants are covered under a 30-day warranty. If the plant experiences natural damage within this period (excluding neglect, overwatering, or exposure to harsh conditions), we will replace it the same plant or one with one of equal value.If its not available.

Conditions for Warranty Claims:
• Photos of the plant must be submitted to determine if the issue resulted from natural causes.
• Replacement eligibility will be determined following an inspection of the evidence provided.

Rose Bear Refund & Warranty Policy
​
1. Refund Policy:
• Refunds are available for unopened Rose Bears only.
• Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, with proof of purchase and photos provided.
2. Warranty:
• Rose Bears come with the same 5-year warranty as preserved flowers. If any natural damage occurs within this period (excluding improper care or handling), a replacement of equal value will be provided.
