If your rose bear is faulty, you must notify Infinite Petals within 24 hours of delivery. Any claims received later than 24 hours after delivery will be rejected. To be eligible for a return, the rose bear must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. Shipping time will typically take 2-4 business days for domestic orders and 7-21 business days for international orders. This time will also depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Once your package is dropped off at the post office, it becomes government property as the postman at USPS is in possession of your package. We cannot control when and what time they drop off the package at your delivery address.
