Shipping Policy
At Infinite Petals, the way we ship your Infinite Arrangements depends on the size of the arrangement and where you are having your arrangement delivered. If your flowers are being hand-delivered by our concierge service as mentioned above, then your arrangement will be delivered the same day or next day they are ordered; depending on the cut off for your location. Deliveries throughout the U.S. will ship through USPS, FedEx or UPS.
At Infinite Petals, we also offer shipping to more than 50 countries throughout the world! With this in mind, most international orders may take additional processing time for order or identity verification for orders that have been flagged. If there are complications with your order, then our team will send you a notification to alert you of the delay.
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout for your convenience.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, our Flowers from Infinite Petals are not eligible for returns. Please also note, your order cannot be canceled or modified in any way once the order has been placed.
Our hope (at Infinite Petals), is that you fall in love with your gorgeous arrangement. We offer an extensive selection of different styles and colors, allowing you to find the perfect arrangement for anyone on your list. Return policy on candles, we do accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the items have not been removed from original packaging. There will be a 20% restocking fee & shipping is not to be refunded.
